Five Ways Mindfulness Can Benefit Lawyers

Wondering how mindfulness can help you? In her recent article, Jeena Cho describes “Five Ways Mindfulness Can Benefit Lawyers” which include: reduced stress, learning to respond rather than react, more happiness, more compassion and better listening skills.

She also includes a One-Minute Mindfulness Exercise for you to try and a link to various mindfulness resources that are available such as “Mindfulness for Beginners.”

In addition to being an attorney, Cho teaches mindfulness and meditation to lawyers. Keep an eye out for her upcoming book, “The Anxious Lawyer,” which is being released by the ABA in 2015.
