Mental Health in Law Schools – Are We Doing Enough?

When 3L Ted Flett saw a friend and fellow 3L’s Facebook post about having an anxiety attack in class, he asked, “do we talk about, and furthermore address mental health sufficiently in law schools?” In his article, Flett commends the many achievements of those who have acted to reduce the stigma of mental health issues in Canadian law schools, but recognizes that we still have a ways to go. He points out that “we” means all of us: students, professors, non-teaching law school staff, lawyers and others.
